OSTEO THAI…

WHAT IS IT ?

Osteo Thai is the meeting of traditional Thai massage and osteopathy, a bridge between East and West. It’s a form of bodywork that combines extraordinary Thai massage techniques with the precise and gentle touch of osteopathy.

HOW IS IT PRACTISED ?

Osteo Thaï is practised on the floor; the patient wears light comfortable clothing. The masseur uses not only his hands but also his feet, knees and elbows. This makes for a rich and colourful approach.

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF ?

Osteo Thai combines :

-       Traditional Thai massage’s varied and powerful stretches, using long leverage techniques across muscle groups (inspired by yoga postures), and its acupressure work on energy lines.

-       Osteopathy’s release of tissue tension and work on structural and joint mobility.

WHO’S IT FOR…?

… the patient !

Osteo thaï approaches the human being as a global entity, with physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual sides.

… you !

A unique and original form of bodywork, it offers a new approach in treatment for the practitioner.

Osteo Thai is also a chance to take care of yourself : a harmonious dance of meditative practise and yoga for two, it maintains your own body’s state of health too.

Ostéo Thai for the internal organs :: Osteo Thai routine for the inner organs
